Carter Jonas’ farm consultancy team works with landowners and farmers of all sizes, throughout the country, and specialises in maximising potential from their businesses. But estate sales can also be stressful and even overwhelming – especially if you’re parting with a property you’ve owned or real estate bookkeeping lived in for years. The strategy forms a substantial part of our growth plan to minimise carbon emissions on every project. Our ambitions are to achieve B Corp status, as verified by B Lab, to meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.

Caterina was educated at Heathfield School and then moved to London where she started a career in luxury goods PR before moving into Real Estate. Stephen is a Civil Engineer with over 40 years’ experience in major projects and social infrastructure covering construction, development and investment. Most recently he was Head of Investments at Laing O’Rourke for over 12 years building a portfolio of over £2bn in the UK and Canada. Stephen was also a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young for 3 years in Property and Construction working on the Administration of Olympia and York at Canary Wharf and the sale of PSA to the private sector.

When the opportunity arises he is a keen auctioneer and is always prepared to conduct charity auctions. John was recently appointed as Honorary Secretary of the John Edgar Trust, a charity which runs a management development scheme for those in the farming and rural sector. Early adoption of technology in his professional career has always been a priority. At NODE he continues to promote and advocate the application of PropTech across the real estate sector, to reduce carbon emissions, drive down occupational costs and ultimately improve overall asset returns. His detailed knowledge of the development lifecycle enables Daniel to advise how NODE integrates in to early-stage design process for development or adds value in asset repositioning.
